And of course there will be group discussion so that everyone who wants to, can express their thoughts and experiences related to this process.

As this second class will teach, most of our emotional suffering is caused by the negative fear-based thoughts we let dominate our minds. These Focus PHrases, when used regularly, act as an antidote to negative attitudes and reactions.
