Need a core strength routine you can do at home that is more than sit ups or crunches? This class will include a quick lesson about the fundamentals of pilates such as appropriate breath and core activation. A progression of exercises from beginner to intermediate will be taught. Be ready to get down on the floor to fully participate if possible. A handout will be included so that you can can the exercises with you.
