We tend to be fascinated by dreams, at the same time that we’re often puzzled by them. The truth is that our sleep and dreams represent a vast unknown territory for most of us. Can we learn to better understand that world? Could our dreams make more sense for us? And – if we learn how to interpret our dreams – should we just leave it there? Or could we possibly use our dreams in some way as a tool in our lives?
In this class, we’ll explore the ins and outs of our dreaming selves – the various possible sources of dreams, types of dreams, how to interpret and understand our dreams’ messages (personalized messages for us as individuals, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach), and how to then apply the insights and information our dreams are presenting to us as a means to benefit our lives and our paths.
Please bring some of your dreams with you for hands-on practice!
A useful way to prepare for this class would be to view my class on “An Introduction to Your World of Sleep and Dreams.â€
